Students engage in learning about safe fish and revitalizing fisheries

After learning about safe fish eating in Lake Ontario, and then learning about efforts to revitalize fisheries in Akwesasne First Nation, students learned how to clean fish from Chef Cody Balfour from Hospitality Services at Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s.
