Education
Hi! My name is Alyssa, and I am a first-year Master of Education student in the Faculty of Education at Â鶹¹ÙÍø. I’m a creative person at heart and love bringing that creativity into the way I teach, connect with others, and get involved in my community. I completed my Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Integrated Studies and Bachelor of Education through the Concurrent Education program at Brock University in 2024. I am an OCT-certified Junior/Intermediate teacher with Visual Arts as my teachable, and I have two years of teaching experience through long-term occasional positions in Grades 6-8. I am excited to serve as the EGSS Website and Communications Officer this year! I look forward to using my creativity and communication skills to help keep students informed, promote EGSS events and opportunities, and contribute to a welcoming and connected graduate student community.
