Education: MA War Studies (RMC); Executive MBA (Athabasca)
I am a retired Canadian Army officer having served for 23 years, and a retired executive from the Canadian defence and aerospace industry. Under my co-supervisors - Dr. Lisa Pasolli and Dr. Jane Errington - my major field focuses on Canada and the Great War while my minor field focuses on Canadian Masculinity, Politics, and War from Confederation to the Interwar Period: (1867-1939). Accordingly, my dissertation blends my two fields and examines the intersection of gender and military histories in Canada from 1867 through to 1939.
