Speaker: Dr. Mohsen Omrani
Bio:
Dr. Mohsen Omrani is an adjunct assistant professor at the Department of Psychiatry at Â鶹¹ÙÍø's University. He completed his medical school training at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He also has a Master's and a PhD Degree in Neuroscience, both from Â鶹¹ÙÍø's University. Dr. Omrani is passionate about consumer electronics and applications, leading him to developing the Online PsychoTherapy Tool (OPTT), an online clinic designed to deliver cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to patients on a flexible schedule. Dr. Omrani's main field of research is focused on computational neuropsychiatry and use of machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI) in mental status evaluation.
