A guided independent study focused on research development and methods leading to scholarship.
Assessment is based on stepped tasks such as statement of research goals and impact, project plan, identification of relevant literature and resources, and a major research project of scholarly-article length in traditional or research-creation form.
Agreement of a faculty supervisor and approval of the Graduate Chair are required prior to enrolment.
